Disapproving the appointment of

 

Mitchell Katz

 

as a member of the New York City Board of Health

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

 

Pursuant to Section 31 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections recommends that the Council disapprove the Mayor’s request for advice and consent for the reappointment of Mitchell Katz as a member of the New York City Board of Health for the remainder of a six-year term expiring on May 31, 2030.

RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF MITCHELL KATZ AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY BOARD OF HEALTH.

RESOLVED, Pursuant to Section 31 of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby disapproves the Mayor’s nomination of Mitchell Katz to serve as a member of the New York City Board of Health for the remainder of a six-year term expiring on May 31, 2030 [M 182-2025].
