RESOLUTION NO. 2310

Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 5693 Riverdale Avenue, Borough of the Bronx (20095681 TCX; L.U. No. 1283).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on November 18, 2009 its approval dated November 18, 2009 of the petition of 5693 Restaurant Corp., d/b/a Greentree, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 5693 Riverdale Avenue, Community District 8, Borough of the Bronx (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 206 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 206(g) of the Administrative Code;

WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on December 15, 2009; and

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;

RESOLVED:

      Pursuant to Section 206 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
