Resolution approving the new designation and changes in the designation of certain organizations to receive funding in the Expense Budget

Whereas, On June 30, 2025, the Council of the City of New York (the “City Council”) adopted the expense budget for Fiscal Year 2026 with various programs and initiatives (the “Fiscal 2026 Expense Budget”); and

Whereas, On June 30, 2024, the Council of the City of New York (the “City Council”) adopted the expense budget for Fiscal Year 2025 with various programs and initiatives (the “Fiscal 2025 Expense Budget”); and

Whereas, On June 30, 2023, the Council of the City of New York (the “City Council”) adopted the expense budget for Fiscal Year 2024 with various programs and initiatives (the “Fiscal 2024 Expense Budget”); and

Whereas, The Council of the City of New York hereby implements and furthers the appropriations set forth in the Fiscal 2026, Fiscal 2025, and Fiscal 2024 Expense Budgets by approving the new designations and changes in the designation of certain organizations receiving discretionary funding; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That the Council of the City of New York approves the new designations and changes in the designation of certain organizations receiving discretionary funding pursuant to the Fiscal 2026, Fiscal 2025, and Fiscal 2024 Expense Budgets, as set forth in Charts 1 through 30.
