Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 30-95 33rd Street, Queens (19995420 TCQ; L.U. No. 625).

WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on December 14, 1999 its approval of the petition of Krilic Enterprises, Inc, d/b/a Brick Café (the "Applicant"), for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 30-95 33rd Street, Borough of Queens (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on January 10, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has indicated its intentions to amend the Petition to four (4) tables and eight (8) chairs and to close the sidewalk café at midnight on Saturdays;
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
