THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1833 Title Resolution approving with modifications the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 000041 PPM, the disposition of three (3) three city-owned properties located at 434 West 119th Street (Block 1962/Lot 35), 573 Riverside Drive (Block 2001/Lot 2) and 1850 Amsterdam Avenue (Block 2083/Lot 33), Manhattan (L.U. No. 1022). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on February 22, 2001 its decision dated February 14, 2001 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, pursuant to zoning for the disposition of three (3) three city-owned properties located at 434 West 119th Street (Block 1962/Lot 35), 573 Riverside Drive (Block 2001/Lot 2) and 1850 Amsterdam Avenue (Block 2083/Lot 33) Borough of Manhattan (ULURP No. C 000041 PPM) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on March 20, 2001; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the following modifications: ________ Page 2 of 2 C 000041 PPM Reso. No. 1833 (L.U. No. 1022) 1. The property located at 434 West 119th Street (Block 1962/Lot 35) is deleted; 2. The property located at 573 Riverside Drive (Block 2001/Lot 2) is deleted; and 3. The property located at 1850 Amsterdam Avenue (Block 2083/Lot 33) shall be withheld from auction until a date not earlier than March 1, 2002. Adopted.
