RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE COUNCIL OF MARRICKA SCOTT-MCFADDEN AS THE BRONX COUNTY DEMOCRATIC COMMISSIONER OF ELECTIONS.

                     RESOLVED, that pursuant to § 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Council does hereby approve the appointment of Marricka Scott-McFadden as the Bronx County Democratic Commissioner of Elections to fill an existing vacancy in said office that expires on December 31, 2028.
