WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on April 3, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the following modifications:
The properties located at,
1. 417 Hart St. (Block 1593/Lot 50);
2. 541A Kosciusko St. (Block 1603/Lot 72);
3. 1039 And 1037 Lafayette Ave. (Block 1608/Lots 66 And 67);
4. 229 Marcus Garvey Blvd. (Block 1614/Lot 1)
