Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 176 Seventh Avenue South, Manhattan (20025305 TCM; L.U. No. 215).

WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on June 20, 2002 its approval of the petition of 176 7th Avenue Pizza, Ltd., d/b/a Rivoli's Pizza, for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 176 Seventh Avenue South, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on July 22, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
