Corporation Counsel

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges, Elections, Standards and Ethics respectfully reports:

 

Pursuant to Sections 31 and 391 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges, Elections, Standards and Ethics hereby recommends that the Council approve the appointment by the Mayor of Steven Banks for the position of Corporation Counsel.
