RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF MIDORI VALDIVIA AS A MEMBER OF THE New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission.

RESOLVED, Pursuant to Sections 31 and 2301 of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of Midori Valdivia as a member of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission to serve the remainder of a seven-year term that will expire on January 31, 2031.
