Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council Rules and Section 19-160.2 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Council resolves that the action of the Department of Transportation approving a sidewalk café located at 4307 18th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11218, Borough of Brooklyn, Council District 40, Community District 14, related to Application No.: D 2540387825 SWK (Green Pavilion Restaurant & Sports Lounge) shall be subject to review by the Council.
