RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT BY THE COMPTROLLER OF WAYNE G. HAWLEY AS A MEMBER OF THE New York City CONFLICTS OF INTEREST BOARD.

RESOLVED, Pursuant to Section 2602 of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby approves the appointment by the Comptroller of Wayne G. Hawley as a member of the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board to serve the remainder of a six-year term that will expire on March 31, 2028.
