New York City Planning Commission
The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:
Pursuant to §§ 31 and 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Public Advocate of Karen A. Phillips as a Commissioner of the New York City Planning Commission to serve for the remainder of a five-year term expiring on June 30, 2010.
The matter was referred to the Committee on April 22, 2009
