RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of New York hereby adopts the Proposed Fiscal 2026 Budget, as modified to reflect increases, decreases, additions or omissions of units of appropriation and to reflect changes of terms or conditions related to such appropriations as set forth in the schedules hereto (the “Fiscal Year 2026 Budget").
