Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of RICHARD ALLAN STABILE as a member of the New York City Tax Commission.

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

Pursuant to sections 31 and 153 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of RICHARD ALLAN STABILE as a member of the New York City Tax Commission to serve for the remainder of a six-year term that will expire on January 6, 2010 .

This matter was referred to the Committee on March 24, 2004.
