By The Chair of the Land Use Committee (Council Member Salamanca):
Pursuant to Sections 11.20(b-d) of the Council Rules and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Application Nos. C 250018 PQK, C 250019 PQK, C 250020 PQK, C 250021 PPK, C 250022 PPK, and C 250023 PPK (Atlantic Avenue Mixed-Use Plan) shall be subject to Council review. These items are related to Application Nos. C 250014 ZMK, N 250015 ZRK, C 250016 HAK, and C 250017 HAK.
