RESOLUTION NO. 424
 
Resolution disapproving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 41 City Island Avenue, the Bronx (20045533 TCX; L.U. No. 190).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on May 21, 2004 its approval of the petition of Fishbox Restaurant Corp., for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 41 City Island Avenue, Community District 10, Borough of the Bronx (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
 
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;
 
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on June 8, 2004; and
 
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
 
RESOLVED:
 
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council disapproves the Petition.
