No. 9-ARequiring the installation of traffic control devices at intersections adjacent to schools.IntroductionThis bill would require that by September 30, 2022, the Department of Transportation identifies each intersection immediately adjacent to a school that does not have a traffic control device, such as a stop sign or traffic control signal. No later than September 30, 2024, DOT would have to install a traffic control device at each such intersection.
