Recommending the designation for appointment of
Dr. Patricia Marthone
as a director of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation
The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:
Pursuant to Section 4 of the New York City Health and Hospitals Act, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections recommends the approval by the Council of the designation of Dr. Patricia Marthone, a resident of Brooklyn, for appointment by the Mayor to serve as a director of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation for the remainder of a five-year term that will expire on March 20, 2028.

RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PATRICIA MARTHONE FOR APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR AS A DIRECTOR OF THE NEW YORK CITY HEALTH AND HOSPITALS CORPORATION.

RESOLVED, Pursuant to Section 4 of the New York City Health and Hospitals Act (Chapter 1016 of the Laws of 1969), the Council hereby approves the designation of Patricia Marthone, a resident of Brooklyn, for appointment by the Mayor to serve as a director of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation for the remainder of a five-year term that will expire on March 20, 2028.
