Elections approving the re-appointment by the Mayor of

Dr. Sixto Caro

As a member of the New York City Board of Health

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on September 21, 2011, respectfully reports:

Pursuant to §§ 31 and 553 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Mayor of Dr. Sixto Caro as a member of the New York City Board of Health to serve for the remainder of a six-year term expiring on May 31, 2016.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RE-APPOINTMENT BY THE MAYOR OF DR. SIXTO CARO AS A MEMBER OF THE NEW YORK CITY BOARD OF HEALTH.

RESOLVED, that pursuant to §§ 31 and 553 of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the re-appointment by the Mayor of Dr. Sixto Caro as a member of the New York City Board of Health for the remainder of a six-year term expiring on May 31, 2016.
